Sea Lion Discovery Swim

Description

This program gives participants a unique opportunity to swim with a sea lion in a playful, educational, and interactive atmosphere. After a short orientation with the trainer, guests will join in the fun with these entertaining and affectionate creatures. During the program, guests will be able to stroke a sea lion as they swim underwater. Guests will receive a performance and kiss from their sea lion! Act as a trainer and learn to communicate with the sea lion using hand signals. These close encounters with the sea lions will provide long and lasting memories for its participants.

Session Times

Session times are 10:00, 11:30, and 14:00. The program is approximately 30 minutes long and includes orientation and 20 minutes in the water.

Check-In

Please arrive to the park before the session times. Failure to meet check-in requirements may result in loss of your reservation

Requirements

Minimum age to participate is 8 years old. One paying adult (18 yrs and older) must accompany a maximum of one child from the ages of 8 to 12. Participants must be able to get in and out of the water and be in good physical condition. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in this program.

What To Bring

Bring a swimsuit and towel. For your convenience we have lockers, shower station and changing areas. Guests may not enter the water carrying cameras, hats or other unsecured items. Photos and videos are available for sale.

2008 Rates

2008 rates per person are as follows:

• Admission to Sea Life Park is included

• Transportation is available for an additional cost, with pick up and drop off from hotels in Waikiki

• Upon making your reservation, you will be informed of the hotel pick up location and time if you have chosen the transportation package
