POLICY

E-TICKETING: Your itinerary confirmation copy is the only travel document you will need unless stated otherwise.

PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment must be made by the due date given. Payment must be made in the form of cash, credit card, money order or travelers check. ($25.00 fee will apply to all returned checks)

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made in advance of the required cancellation days as indicated on the itinerary or the receipt. Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be subject to a fee. Cancellation period may vary based upon the accommodation property. Hawaii tours are normally (2) days before the activity date. No cancellations are allowed for airfares and car rentals once the payment is made.

Changes during Travel:

For air-only changes call the airline directly. For changes to hotel, tour, and etc., call 808-926-8878 or email sales@fun-hawaii.com. Business hours are Monday – Saturday 8 am – 6 pm, Hawaii Standard Time. If you need to extend hotel or car reservation after business hours, please contact vendor directly, and contact Fun Hawaii Travel the next business day.

REFUND POLICY: A $35.00 or 10%, which ever is greater, processing fee will be assessed for all refunds for accommodations, once payment has been received. Partially used packages are totally NON-REFUNDABLE. All airfares are NON-REFUNDABLE once the tickets have been issued. All refund requests must be made in writing. Requests must be received within fourteen (14) days of originating travel date. Refunds are normally processed within two (2) weeks, however, may be subject to delay based upon the vendors' ability to release Fun Hawaii Travel from the original booking. Refunds will not be made on unused car rental days.

ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATIONS: In the unlikely event of an overbooking with a vendor, it is our policy to relocate or re-accommodate our client to similar accommodations if necessary.

CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE POLICY: Fun Hawaii Travel requires the following information for all credit card purchases: credit card number, expiration date, credit card ID number, card holders billing address, and phone number. The credit card payments will be accepted with the confirmation response of the itinerary.

CAR RENTAL POLICY: Driver must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card in the driver's name. An underage driver's fee of $25/day per driver ages 21 to 24 will be assessed by the car rental company. Hawaii law requires child restraint seats for all children under 5 years old and less than 40 pounds; these are available for rent from the car company. All extra fees and miscellaneous taxes are the responsibility of the client. For Hertz only: driver must be 25 years old or over.

Voluntary Change Fee:

Name changes are not permitted at any time.

Flight changes using the same booking class of service is subject to a fee per person each way.

Flight changes requiring a booking class of service change is subject to a fee per person each way.

Hotel and car and tour changes within the cancellation period is subject to a minimum of one night hotel and one day car and tour charge plus applicable taxes will be charged unless stated otherwise.

Airline Policy:

Name changes are not permitted at any time.

Normal check-in is at least one and half hour prior to scheduled departure time for Inter-Island flights. Normal check-in is at least two hours prior to scheduled departure time for Domestic flights. Normal check-in is at least three hours prior to scheduled departure time for International flights. All flights are to be reconfirmed by the passenger at least 24 hours prior to departure. Normal airline policies remain applicable.

Hotel Policy:

Normal check-in is 3:00 pm for most properties. Normal check-out is 11:00 am. Incidental charges incurred by the client are not included with the package and are the sole responsibility of the client. The individual resort fees where applicable are also not included in the package cost unless stated otherwise.

Changes
Fun Hawaii Travel reserves the right to add to or modify the terms of this policy. Any changes will be posted to http://www.fun-hawaii.com.
